When you choose the Day’s Inn & Suites Round Rock for your small corporate meeting, you are ensured quality facilities and accommodations.  Our 500-square foot conference room is located on the second floor, away from guest rooms, and can accommodate 40 people in a theater-style setting or 16 people in a classroom configuration.

An overhead projector, pull-down screen, TV with VCR, and a DVD player are available to meet your audio/visual equipment needs.  Charges apply.  Catering service is also available.  We work with a number of delicious local restaurants to provide the perfect meal for your Texas corporate meeting or event.
